PALOMAR KNOT

Double about 4 inches of the line and pass the created loop through the eye.

While letting the hook hang loose, tie an overhand knot in the doubled line. Try to avoid twisting the lines. Do not tighten the knot.

Pull the loop of the line far enough to pass it over hook, swivel or lure. Make sure the loop passes over completely.

Tighten by pulling on both the tag end and the main line. Trim to about 1/8".
