Comments about Azden SMX-10 Stereo Microphone:
I use the Azden SMX-10 as an external microphone with my Canon Rebel T2i. It works perfectly, and is much better than the built in microphone. However, I suggest getting a stereo extension cord and using it on a boom for best audio quality. Another thing against it is the fact that there is no LED light to show when it is on or off. I've left it on a couple times. I would highly recommend it as a starter stereo microphone for video, but expect to eventually want to upgrade in the future.
