Comments about Canon Speedlite 580 EX II Flash:
The flash rapid recycle time allows me to capture the high flying action of professional wrestling and also similar exciting moments at weddings and other events with many things going on at one time.

Comments about Canon Speedlite 580 EX II Flash:
I've found that this flash unit is quite effective with consistent light output. It has been put to use in the studio as well as on location for general fill lighting. I find that the ability to use it as a primary flash and wireless sync the 430EX II as a slave for fill lighting is invaluable. The rapid recycle times prove more than adequate when attempting to capture several moments in rapid succession.
My one issue with this was the built in bounce card which seemed to get stuck and now seems to simply fall out.
