Shakespeare Galaxy antennas are engineered for high performance and manufactured using the finest materials and craftsmanship, low-loss RG-8X coax, as well as brass and copper elements. All electrical connections are both crimped and soldered by hand. For maximum protection against the marine environment, these quality components are then encased in the finest Shakespeare fiberglass. Shakespeare's best antennas are also the best looking. Galaxy antennas' ferrules are stainless steel, polished to a mirror finish. High-gloss polyurethane is applied by hand over the fiberglass. This model features VHF frequency, 9Db gain and is 17'6". To top it all, Shakespeare backs up quality, Galaxy antennas have a quality guarantee with a 5 yr. warranty.
